This past Monday (September 28th), we held our “Local Appreciation Reception” at the Resort. The event was a nice gathering where valued guests, both past and future, were able to sample popular items from our menu. The buffet featured our International Cheese & Cracker Display, Chipotle Steak Quesadillas, Calamari, Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Peel & Eat Shrimp, Chicken Fried Steak, Jamaican Jerk Seasoned Pork Tenderloin, Polynesian Short Ribs, and plenty of tasty deserts.

Guests were able to enjoy a wine tasting complements of Gallo wines. Guests sampled a variety of wines such as pinot noir, chardonnay, merlot, and pinot grigio. We had our local wine representative on hand to discuss wine and food pairing.

Our guests didn’t leave empty-handed either. We had door prizes and giveaways from Sam Adams Boston Beer Company. Our grand prize was a complimentary stay at the beautiful Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada. The winner for the grand prize was Mr. Bob Schacher from Lawton, OK.
